Since 2007, the International Day of Democracy, which was declared by the General Assembly of United Nations, is celebrated.

By celebration of this day, we appeal to the authorities in Croatia to respect fundamental values of democracy and that their daily behaviour affects the way the citizens believe in all of the legitimate institutions of Croatia.
