About the Report of the State revision on the the work of the political parties for the year 2012

Davorka Budimir, President of TIC, spoke in the Dnevnik 3 HRT 1 on the report of the State revision on the work of the political parties for the year 2012
She pointed out that the political parties must be an example and transparently show their reports because it is the spending of public money which is at stake.
The reason for the guest show is the repeal of the 42. article of the Law on the financing of political activities and electoral propaganda by the Constitutional court of Croatia.
It's upon us, as citizens of Croatia, to respect the decision. Seeing that the repeal of the article diminishes the sanctions for political parties and independent representatives who do not publish their financial reports before the legal deadline, it would be good to increase the penalties.
