The transparency of the financing of national minorities in Croatia

Organized by the Faculty of Political Sciences in Zagreb in cooperation with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, the Council for National Minorities of the Croatian and the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, May 15 to 18 2014 in Brijuni was held The 18th International Scientific Conference "National minorities in democratic societies." Within sixteen papers discussed the various theoretical and practical aspects of national minority rights in democratic societies. The rally was attended by about fifty scientists and experts from several countries in South East Europe. Observed participation at the conference, which was held sponsored by of the Croatian President prof. dr. sc. Ivo Josipovic, had representatives of national minorities in the Croatian Parliament. 

Representation of national minorities in Croatia must be more transparent and transparency in the finance is necessary to provide the best preparation programs in which they can participate and civil society organizations of national minorities which pointed out in her paper transparency of funding of national minorities in Croatia Davorka Budimir, president of TIC, which is also thanked the organizers for the invitation.
