TIC demand cancelation of elections for State's judiciary council members
Commission for the election of State's judiciary council members must be an example and show how to be transparent, just and impartial in respecting legal framework of Republic of Croatia. Judiciary power must be an example to every citizen in obeying the low and procedures.
Election of State's judiciary council members must be conducted in transparent and fair way. Interested public must be informed about the rules and procedures prior to elections.
